RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following claims are eligible for a full or partial refund with proper documentation:
- You were shipped a size or color different from what you ordered.
- You never received your order or your order was missing items.
- Your item was misprinted/damaged/defective.
The following claims are ineligible for a full or partial refund:
- Buyers remorse/You simply changed your mind about the product.
- The customer input the incorrect address
- The customer input the incorrect size or color
- The customer did not claim the package
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return please email returns@degentrifyordie.com with:
- Your reason for returning.
- A receipt or proof of purchase. You may find this in your emails from us.
- Any images of defects, damages, incorrect size/color, or misprints, if applicable.
- NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until you have received written approval from us. If you send your purchase back to the manufacturer without written approval, your order will become ineligible for return and possibly donated to charity
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your return has been approved and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What happens if a package wasn’t delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, we, unfortunately, won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. This is actually our least favorite policy, but we’re still a young company and simply can’t afford to just yet. We hope to update this policy soon, because, man it’s annoying to not get a package.
What happens if a package shows it is being returned to sender?
New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided. We, unfortunately, won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. This is actually our least favorite policy, but we’re still a young company and simply can’t afford to just yet. We hope to update this policy soon, because, man it’s annoying to not get a package.
Sale items/Coupons (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately both sale items, and items purchased with a coupon code cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We don’t issue exchanges of any kind. If your refund is approved, we’ll do our best to ensure the original issue is correct immediately, and we encourage you to reorder. Reordering ensures your most current product choices and shipping information
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the purchaser and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address mentioned on the order packaging. If this information isn’t for some reason available:
- US returns must be sent either to Charlotte or Dallas, based on which facility is located closer to the customer. Charlotte address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. Dallas address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.
- Packages sent out from Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
- Packages sent out from the UK are returned to Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
